Mithila Palkar Is Back As Fashionista Meera Sehgal In Second Chapter Of Girl In The City
In the first instalment of bindass’ web series Girl In The City, we saw Meera grappling with the big bad city of Mumbai and her dream of becoming a famous fashion designer. What happens next!
Mithila Palkar wowed us with her turn as Meera Sehgal,
the young fashionista who comes to Mumbai with the dream of making it as a
fashion designer in bindass’ web series Girl In The City.
And Mithila will reprise the role in the second season
which will pick up from where the first instalment ended.
And finally the audience will get the answers to the
inevitable question: What will Meera choose? The fast paced life of Mumbai or
the slow and secure life in Dehradhun?
Meera is yet again faced with a dilemma where she has to
choose between her dream of establishing herself as a fashion designer in
Mumbai or settle for a job in Dehradhun.
The second season has two new additions to the cast -
Karanvir Sharma and Preetika Chawla who will be essaying pivotial characters.
Girl In The City Chapter 2 will premiere on the 24th
of March 2017, 6 pmon bindass. Here is a sneak peek:
Meanwhile Mithila has been proving her fashionista
credentials, just like her character with a variety of outfit posts
on Instagram.
“I believe in comfortable yet stylish dressing. I
like to keep it bare minimum, be it make-up or accessories. I love lipsticks
and have quite a collection. When it comes to dressing up I am more like my
character Meera from Girl In The City, I like to experiment with my looks once
in a while,” says Mithila.
